Architectural Digest is a youtube channel that gives exclusive tours of the homes of many different celebrities with fascinating and beautiful homes. This channel provides content on the most attractive real estate and is one of the reasons why I am so drawn to real estate as a profession. It is my favorite youtube channel for so many reasons and I will give my 3 reasons for it being my favorite youtube channel ever.

- This reason might be one of the more boring reasons why I love this channel, but it proves to be useful when thinking about home values. In many of the videos posted by Architectural Digest, the price is shown and the home features are then shown off. This really helps me think about what you can get for your buck in different cities. After all, it really depends on the location when it comes to home pricing. If you pay attention to what cities they are showing homes in you can get a pretty good idea of home values in different cities. After all, one million dollars in Austin, Texas will get you a mansion but in Portland, Oregon it will hardly get you a cottage in the city.

Not only does this give me different ideas and inspiration for what I want to make my future home look like, but it can also give different ideas for how to stage different properties based on their architectural style. I can only imagine how hard it can be staging homes on your own and how expensive it can be to hire someone else to do it, so why not look to arch digest to help you out? You can get all the inspiration you need from some very exclusive celebrity home content. I know that many people in my generation love a midcentury modern style home. In Architectural Digest, when they are showing off s house that has hit the market, they have top-tier tour guides showing off the home in a very professional manner. This is always interesting to watch because I eventually do want to sell luxury homes and it’s always helpful to watch how the best of the best do it. As for existing agents, arch digest knows the best ways to appeal to home buyers. It can always be helpful to try and expand your horizons for the best new ways to appeal to home buyers and continue evolving how you show homes to new buyers. As a 21-year-old, I will probably be buying a home within the next 5-10 years and I know that the agent showing the house creates the experience that will make you want to buy the house or not.
